Clinical Supervision

As an Approved Clinical Supervisor in the state of Idaho, I (Dr. Conner Vrba) offer supervision for licensed counselors working toward clinical licensure as Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPCs). My goal is to support your professional identity development, sharpen your clinical skills, and help you build confidence as you navigate the complexities of real-world counseling.

My supervision approach is grounded in the Integrated Developmental Model (IDM) and the Discrimination Model, allowing me to tailor support based on your current stage of development and the evolving challenges you face. I take on roles of teacher, consultant, and counselor as needed, offering a flexible and supportive environment where learning is collaborative and growth is intentional. I have experience providing supervision and training to counselors from the beginning stages of skill development, to licensed counselors, as well as pre-doctoral psychology interns in individual, triadic, and group supervision settings.

What you can expect from me as your supervisor:

• Weekly or biweekly individual and/or triadic supervision

• Guidance on clinical decision-making, ethics, and case conceptualization

• Structured feedback tailored to your developmental level

• Support integrating your personal theory into practice

• A safe space to reflect on your professional identity and personal reactions

Supervision Fee: $100 per individual supervision session
